Natalia Oster is a research consultant in the General Internal Medicine department at the University of Washington (UW). Prior to joining Dr. Elmore’s research team at UW, Ms. Oster worked as a research manager at the Emory Center on Health Outcomes & Quality in Atlanta, Georgia.

She completed a Master of Public Health in epidemiology at Boston University, followed by an internship at the National Immunization Program at the Centers for Disease Control. Natalia holds undergraduate degrees in Nursing and Russian Literature. Her publications have focused on diabetes management and barriers to adolescent and childhood vaccinations.
