Jonathan Darer, MD, MPH, is the Medical Director of Clinical Transformation at Geisinger Health System. Dr. Darer received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University, his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and his Master's in Public Health from Johns Hopkins School of Hygiene and Public Health.

Dr. Darer's prior research has focused primarily on improving quality of care for patients with chronic conditions and elderly populations.
