Kaitlin Baratta is the Administrative Assistant for the OpenNotes team at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC). She is an Administrative Assistant in the BIDMC Division of General Medicine and Primary Care and previously held that position in Healthcare Associates, BIDMC's primary care practice. Kaitlin graduated from Southern New Hampshire University where she majored in Business Administration and Psychology with a minor in Organizational Leadership.
